Three Rivers Navigability Study Request
REQUEST FOR A NAVIGABILITY STUDY FOR THREE RIVERS
 
The Department of State Lands (DSL) has received a request to conduct a navigability study to determine the ownership of the submerged and submersible land below the line of ordinary high water underlying Three Rivers from River Mile 0.0 to 2.0 (its confluence with the Nestucca River to approximately 1,000 feet downstream of the confluence of Cedar Creek).  DSL has determined that this request is complete and meets the requirements of OAR 141-121-0020.
